General Terms

All offers are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Expiration

All offers have expiration dates as specified in the promotional materials. Expired offers cannot be honored.

Exclusions

Some products or categories may be excluded from promotional offers. Exclusions will be clearly stated in the offer terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Welcome discount code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue and requires a minimum spend of $100.

The code is not valid on sale items, selected new releases, or Kobe products, and can only be used once per customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order if the code is misused or used in breach of these terms, including attempted multiple redemptions or abuse of the offer.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Any item marked as 'Final Sale'—whether purchased during a promotional event, clearance, or as a standalone marked item—is strictly ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Our standard 30-day return policy does not apply to these items. This policy applies to all Final Sale merchandise unless an item is deemed faulty under consumer law.

FLASH SALE - MAY 21 TO JUNE 25 2026

Offers apply strictly to purchases made during the Flash Sale event from May 21 to May 25, 2026. Flash Sale pricing cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers. All items are sold as-is and are considered final sale; we are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any Flash Sale merchandise.
