Enjoy extra flexibility this holiday season! Purchases made between November 17 to December 31 come with an extended 60-day return window.

For purchases made outside this period, our standard 30 day return policy applies.

• All original tags and labels attached
• Original packaging (if applicable)
• Unused, unworn, and undamaged

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial credit at our discretion.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a refund to your original method of payment, provided the return conditions above are met. Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used at checkout and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return unless they have a quality issue:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Items Not Meeting Expectations

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:

• Has a manufacturing fault or quality defect
• Arrives damaged
• Is significantly different from the description or sample provided
• Does not perform as we described or agreed, and the problem cannot be fixed easily

Where the issue is major, you may choose between a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will repair the item or offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order confirmation) is required for all returns.
