At Courtside Melbourne, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Below is our returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant Victorian legislation.
30-Day Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in a fully saleable condition, including:
- All original tags and labels attached
- Original packaging (if applicable)
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial credit at our discretion.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer store credit for the item’s value, provided the return conditions above are met. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift voucher or digital code, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Defective Products
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be fixed easily
- Where the issue is major, you may choose between a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will repair the item or offer a replacement or refund at our
discretion. - Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@courtsidemelbourne.com or visit us in-store (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions or facilitate your in-store return.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
