Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak periods, launches, or promotions, this may take slightly longer - but we’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia using trusted national carriers.

• Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12.50
• Free for orders over $200.
• Express Shipping is available for $20.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery takes approximately 2-6 business days after dispatch
• Express delivery takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise. If you’d prefer a signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Click & Collect

Select Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order from our Port Melbourne store. Most orders are ready within 24 hours of processing, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please collect your order within 30 days of the ‘Ready to Pickup’ email. If it isn’t picked up within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We recommend picking up your order as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
